It’s time for a new day in Richmond, but moving our city forward will take visionary leadership and the ability to build consensus to achieve real results. It will take someone who understands our city, who is willing to listen to our citizens, and who works to bring us together.

I believe my experience, my style of leadership and my record of getting things done uniquely qualify me to serve you as your next mayor. I grew up here. I’m a product of Richmond’s public schools. Whatever success I’ve enjoyed I owe to my family, my friends, my neighbors – the citizens of Richmond. I’ve dedicated my life to building bridges, to bringing people together to solve problems. I am running for mayor to put that experience and that record to work for our city and all of its citizens.
